What do I need to have at home to be ready for my New Baby?

One of the most stressful times can be the last weeks of your pregnancy. Do I have everything I need for my new baby? The last thing you want to worry about is not having the basics and sending Dad out in the middle of the night to pick something up that you didn't realize you needed beforehand.

The question I receive the most from expectant mothers nearing their due date is: What do I need to have at home to be ready for my New Baby?

At the request of a few of my pregnant friends, I have compiled a list of suggested items you should have ready for your new baby's arrival.

Please post any additional items or suggestions you recommend and we will consider adding them to our list.

Nosefrida nasal aspirator is a must have for all new parents... I have used mine since my daughter was just born, it is so quick and fast.... safer too than the bulb aspirator, Dr Sears recommends it.

Snowsuit?? Hmm... that is definitely not necessary. Agree with the
Nosefrida comment though, that and a few diapers and a
burpcloth....pretty much all you need. Don't waste money on all the
extra stuff. Oh, and Lansinoh nipple cream if you are nursing.... you
will need that. Good for lips too.
